We replace and install all types of hot water cylinders across Southland. Whether you're out of hot water, dealing with low pressure, or planning an upgrade to a mains pressure system, we’ll help you choose a reliable, energy-efficient option that suits your home, usage, and budget.
Appliance installation

Drainlaying
Water tanks
We supply and install above or below ground concrete and plastic water tanks for rainwater harvesting, firefighting, irrigation, and backup supply. Our team ensures each tank is correctly positioned, securely installed, and suited to your site.
We can also assist with retention or detention tanks, first flush diverters, pump stations, and sump pumps.
Installation of septic systems
We install septic and onsite wastewater systems for properties without access to council sewerage. As Southland’s Oasis Clearwater agent, we supply, install, and service trusted systems that meet council requirements. From standard septic tanks and pump stations to dripper line fields, effluent beds, greywater recycling, and more.
Sewer & stormwater
From excavation to final connection, we handle sewer and stormwater system installations for residential and commercial properties. Our solutions include soak pits, channel drains, and subsoil drains to prevent flooding in low-lying areas. For locations where gravity flow isn’t an option, we install pump stations to maintain proper drainage.
Repairs & maintenance
Blocked drains, broken pipes, or surface flooding? We diagnose and repair all kinds of drainage issues. From root damage and cracked pipes to leaks, poor stormwater flow, and sump pump installation, we’ll get things flowing smoothly again and help prevent future problems.

Heating
Underfloor heating
We provide custom underfloor heating solutions in partnership with Waterware and Central Heating New Zealand, using either air-to-water heat pumps or diesel boilers. These systems deliver consistent, radiant warmth through zoned pipes beneath the floor. Designed for energy efficiency and comfort, they work best at low temperatures with the slab acting as a heat reservoir. Each system is tailored to your home, with simple-to-use Heatmiser NeoStat thermostats, including optional smartphone control.
Radiator heating
We offer radiator heating systems that deliver fast, efficient warmth to targeted areas of your home. Powered by an air-to-water heat pump or diesel boiler, hot water circulates through sleek, wall-mounted radiators. Each unit is individually controlled via programmable Heatmiser NeoStat Thermostats for precise comfort. While ideal for new builds, radiators can also be retrofitted into existing homes, with some finishing work required after installation to conceal pipework.
